(1)RESERVATIONS can be made for a stay of 1 day to a maximum stay of 6 months
(2)Bookings are not binding till they have been confirmed by reception
(3)A BOOKING DEPOSIT may be requested by reception. If the deposit has
not been received by the date agreed, the accommodation may be relet.
Deposits will be refunded, minus a handling charge of 50 pounds , if
cancelled 2 weeks before arrival date. Refunds within that 2 week
period will only be made if the accommodation can be relet.
(4)CHECK-IN is between 14:00 – 17:00 hours and you are granted a
“Licence to Occupy” for the period of your booking subject to the Terms
& Conditions contained therein. It is important that you inform
Management, well in advance, of your estimated arrival time for them to
arrange their representative to meet you with the keys and demonstrate
appliances. Alternative check-in times may be specially arranged
(5)CHECK-OUT must take place before 10:00 hours on day of departure,
otherwise another days rental becomes due. Guests are required to leave
apartments in the same excellent condition in which they are presented
to you on check-in.
(6) Payments can be made by cash or directly to our bank account.
We do not accept Credit cards. If accounts have not been paid in
advance, they are due on arrival, in advance.

(7)PRIVATE CAR PARKING. Persons using Car Parking facilities do so
entirely at their own risk. Management will not be held liable for loss
or damage to any vehicle, or the contents thereof or for the death or
injury of persons, howsoever caused.
(8)PETS & ANIMALS – we regret that we do not allow domestic pets/animals in any of the apartments.
(9)INSURANCE. Management accepts no liability or responsibility for
loss or damage to personal property nor for any costs incurred by
persons due to travelling delays or alterations, nor for personal
accident, death or injury to persons using the accommodation provided.
(10)FUEL ECONOMY. Electricity, gas, water, rates, council tax and
housekeeping services are INCLUSIVE in the rental prices. However,
Management reserves the right to adjust control systems if fuel is
wasted unnecessarily.
(11)PRICES quoted are accurate at time of printing but may be subject
to fluctuation due to , monetary or tax legislation changes. Please
check current rates at the time of booking.
(12)GENERAL. Management reserves the right to alter the accommodation
in the event of any unforeseen circumstances and to deny the right of
admission to the apartments by any person or persons deemed to be
unsuitable or who have not complied with the Terms & Conditions
described. During occupancy guest are required to maintain apartments
in an orderly and tidy manner at all times, allowing Management
reasonable access for prospective guest to view by appointment. Any
causing noise or nuisance to other guests, neighbours or Management,
will be asked to leave. Any guest deemed to be treating property
without due care and respect will be asked to leave.
(13)The Management Company agree to pay a 10% agency commission on the
rental of the first 4 weeks of a booking ONLY. There is no VAT element
charged on our rentals. |
